Liability is excluded to the maximum extent permitted by applicable Hungarian and EU law.

7. Data Protection

9. Sanctions and Termination

11. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Hungarian law, particularly the Civil Code and Act CVIII of 2001 on electronic commerce services. In case of legal disputes, the parties accept the exclusive jurisdiction of Hungarian courts.
